What is career planning and how can it help me?
Career planning must be focused on the individual that needs the assistance. Many times, we don’t look at how we can advance from position to position. We merely make each decision as it comes. That doesn’t always help the overall strategic plan that one might have.
What should be involved in my career plan?
YOU, YOU, and YOU. There is not a cookie-cutter approach to career coaching. Each person is different and that means each path is different.
Does it look bad if I change careers?
According to the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, the average person changes jobs 15 times during their career. Many workers spend five years or less in a job. That means a lot of people are looking for the next big thing! If you don’t know what the “next big thing” is for you, we can talk about it!
